we've been looking at cece's big book of animals, she already knew kitties, fluffs and ducks- but a surprise to me was elephant! she points to the elephant & says "elya"
I think we have that same book, and Ian surprised me when he knew 'tuhtuh' (=turtle). I think he picked it up because we have turtle non-slip stickers in his tub.
i just remembered we had it the other day, and i've been kind of an animal slacker, so she knows pets, sheep (baaaaaah) and tractors, lol. so i'm relieved she likes looking at the book.
